Somali president holds talks with his counterpart Djibouti president

Soamli president, Mohamed Abdullahi farmaajo who is in Djibouti for three days visit has held talks with his Djibouti counterpart, Ismail Omar Guelleh.
Villa Somalia’s information director, Abdinoor Mohamed Ahmed told Goobjoog news that both president discussed wide range issues including security, the bilateral relations and others.
Ahmed said president Farmaajo will attend the inauguration ceremony of newly built Djibouti port.
According to close sources, the President will give out speech to the parliament of Djibouti about the current situation of the country.
This is the first foreign trip of President Farmajo to Djabouti in the region.
In December 2011, Djibouti became the third country to contribute to AMISOM.
The country has deployed a contingent of 960 troops into Somalia and they are based in Beletweyne which serves as Sector 4 headquarters which covers the Hiiran region. The contingent is commanded by Colonel Osman Doubad.
