Women organisation official and son of chairperson killed in drive-by shooting in Mogadishu

A senior official of Somalia National Women Organization (SNWO) and the son of the organization’s head have been killed in a drive-by shooting in Hamarweyne, Mogadishu.

SNWO Secretary General Anab Abdullahi Hashi and Ahmed Jamac Hirsi, the son of SNWO chairperson Battulo Sheikh Ahmed were gunned down by armed men while driving along a street in Hamarwyene.
