AG Opens 3-Day Technical Meeting between OAG Somalia and FMS-OAGs

GOOBJOOG NEWS | MOGADISHU: Federal government of Somalia’s Auditor General Ahmed Isse Gutaale Monday opened a 3-day technical meeting between Office of the Auditor General (OAG) of Somalia and Federal Member States (FMS)-OAGs in Mogadishu.

Auditor Generals from the FMSs are present to explore collaboration opportunities to enhance audit functions across Somalia.

The high-level meeting, also attended by representatives from the European Union’s delegation in Somalia aims to fulfill Goal 7 of the OAGS 5-year Strategic Plan.

It serves as a foundational step for sustained collaboration between the Auditor Generals of federal and state levels in Somalia.
