Ahlu Suna: Federal government has failed to fulfill the will of the people in Central Somalia
The administration of Ahlu Suna Wal Jama’a in central Somalia has for second time reiterated that the Federal government ignored the will of the people in Galgadud and Mudug regions.
The chairman of the advisory committee of Ahlu Suna Waljama’a stated that the Federal government has not taken the right path while forming administration for Galgadud and Mudug regions.
He mentioned that the Federal government has not consulted the people in the region adding that Ahlu Suna is not against establishing new administration in Central Somalia, but rejects the way the government organized the foundation of the new administration.
The chairman urged the top leaders of the Federal government to rethink and consider the will of the people if they want the Federalism process to succeed.
The administrations of Ahlu Suna Wal Jama’a and Puntland strongly condemned the agreement signed in Villa Somalia before weeks.
