Airstrike Kills 30 Al-Shabaab Militants in Galgadud and Middle Shabelle regions

GOOBJOOG NEWS | RAGE BARIS: Somali National Forces backed by its international partners Monday killed 30 Al-Shabaab militants at Rage Baris area between Galgadud and Middle Shabelle regions.

During the operation, two trucks and one Toyota pickup technical belonging to the militants were also destroyed.

The National forces have continued operations in the region together with its international partners and local forces which has killed several Al-shabaab fighters and liberated several areas formerly controlled by the group.

president Hassan Sheikh Mohamud has called on young Al-Shabab fighters to surrender to the government as he promises tough operations against Al-Shabab fighters.
