Al-Shabaab chopped the hand of a teenage boy in Lower shabelle

Al-Shabaab had yesterday held a gathering to cut the hand of a teenage boy accused of stealing the money of a business shop in Kunar Barrow village in the Lower Shabelle region of southern Somali.

Maadey Abdikadir Ali was accused of stealing money from a business shop in the Dharkeenley village of Qoryooley district.

The al-Shabab spokesman said that Maadey Abdikadir Ali had admitted his crime and was also found guilty in the case and that he was taken to the jail.

Al-Shabab carries out dangerous acts like hand cut and shooting in their area they control.
