Storyline:National News

An appeal has been forwarded to the top leaders of the Federal Government to send Directors in the Ministries to overseas trips and job dignity to be reinstituted in order for the President of Somalia to cut back his many travels to abroad.

The above statement was made by Idiris Sheikh Hassan Farah , a Somali intellectual residing in Finland.

He mentioned the importance of the Somali leaders to stay more at home saying they achieve nothing much as a result of their travels to abroad.

Speaking to Goobjoog News, the Somali Intellectual said currently the country is heading in the right direction and urged the leaders to exercise strong patience.

“Leaders must not travel like their predecessors. If a President travels, the ultimate aim must be commerce and accompanied by local big companies in order to get markets for them or connection with other companies. If a trivial trip emerges, a Minister or Ministerial Director to be sent in order to resume job dignity” said Farah.

He concluded by appealing to the Somali government to put efforts to peace and order, to increase fighting with Alshabab and the enemies of Somalia.
