Bahrain leadership congratulates Somali President
His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa today sent a cable of congratulations to Somali President Mohamed Abdullahi Mohamed Farmajo on his country’s National Day.
HRH the Prime Minister wished President Mohamed Abdullahi Mohamed Farmajo abundant health and happiness, and further progress and prosperity to the brotherly Somali people.
His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Premier, sent similar cables to the Somali President and Prime Minister Hassan Ali Khayre
His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa sent a cable of congratulations to President of Somalia Mohamed Abdullahi Mohamed on his country’s National Day.
The Independence Day of Somalia is a national holiday observed annually in Somalia on July 1. The date celebrates the unification of the Trust Territory of Somalia (the former Italian Somalia) and the State of Somaliland (former British Somaliland) on July 1, 1960; they come united and formed the Somali Republic.
Across the country, the event will celebrate the first July.
