Banadiri election committee announces election schedule for 5 seats

GOOBJOOG NEWS/BENADIR: The Banadiri Parliamentary Election Management Committee last night announced the election schedule for the House of the People of the Federal Parliament of Somalia.

A statement from the Banadiri Electoral Team said that recruitment of delegates and registration of candidates for the five seats in Banadiri will begin on February 20, 2022.

The committee announced that the election of the five Banadiri seats will take place on February 21 in the Somali capital, Mogadishu.
