Benadir elections team releases list of elders for five seats

GOOBJOOG NEWS/BENADIR: The Benadiri Election Management Committee has announced the names of the traditional elders and civil society members who will select the delegates for the five seats in the 11th Parliament.

The committee has stated that the election of the five Benadiri seats will be on February 21 in the Somali capital, Mogadishu.

The Benadir Parliamentary Election Management  committee will on Sunday 19th begin the process of recruiting delegates and registering candidates for the five seats in the House of the People.
