Bondhere commissioner: There is consistent security in the district

Bondhere administration in Banadir region confirmed that the security of district is reliable following intense operations conducted by the security forces to prevent insecurity threats.

The district commissioner Kassim Abdullahi Hassan stated that the security forces are alert to prevent the attacks against civilians and government officials.

He added that the forces have good connection with the public and regularly receive tip-offs that will enable the arrest suspects.

He urged the public to double their collaboration with the forces in order to beef up the overall security of the town.

The last weeks, Mogadishu was rocked by two deadly suicide car bombs which killed over 15 people and scores sustained injuries, Al-shabab claimed the responsibility.
