Breaking News: Armed men kill over 30 people in Madera district

At least 36  people were killed in a fresh attack in the outskirts of Mandera district by armed men.

Sources say that the  people killed were working in a quarry in Hagarsu locality  few kilometres South of Mandera district.

No one claimed the responsibility of the attack.
