The newly endorsed Somali premier Omar Abdirashid Ali Sharma’arke is expected to officially take office on Thursday.
A well executed handovering ceremony is currenly going on at the presidential palace.
High profile guests including ministers, members of parliament and representatives from civil societies were invited to witness the handover ceremony.
Our reporter in the presidential palace says the two officials, the out-going premier Abdiweli Sheikh Ahmed and the approved Somali PM reached the scene.
