BREAKING: Senior Military Commander Killed in IED Blast in Baidoa

GOOBJOOG NEWS | MUDUG: A senior military officer was killed alongside other soldiers following a landmine explosion on the outskirts of Baidoa.

Multiple sources told Goobjoog News that the 8th Brigade Commander of the 60th Division of the Somali National Army Col. Mohamed Nur Mad-Dhere was killed in the blast.

Other soldiers who were with him were also killed and others injured, sources said. Sources noted that the a military vehicle carrying the soldiers was hit by the landmine.
