BREAKING: Twin bomb explosions hit Mogadishu near CID headquarters

Twin explosions have rocked Mogadishu with initial reports indicating the criminal investigations department is the target of the explosion.

Spontaneous gunfire could be heard around the city. A police officer has told Goobjoog News the attack was near CID headquarters but there were no reports of immediate casualties.

The attack is the second in less than a week after twin attacks hit the Amisom/UN base gates.
