Breaking:Car bomb in Mogadishu kills one person

One person died and another one sustained injuries after car bomb explosion occurred in Mogadishu.

The car bomb explosion took place at Trabunka junction in Mogadishu earlier today as many people going to their workplace were passing by.

It is not clear whether the explosive devices were fitted to the car or planted elsewhere but comes days after the federal government has seized a container carrying explosive devices including those fitted to the vehicles and other weapons in Mogadishu seaport.

Federal government forces who reached the areas are investigating the issue.
