Cabinet appoints Mahad Mohamed Salad as NISA spy chief

GOOBJOOG NEWS|MOGADISHU: Mahad Mohamed Salad, a member of the House of Representatives, has been appointed as the new Somali Federal Government spy chief.

The Cabinet on Thursday approved Salad’s nomination as the new director of the country’s National Security and Intelligence Agency (NISA), replacing Yasin Farey.
