Car bomb explosion at Ex-control Afgoye in Mogadishu
Heavy explosion was heard a few minutes ago in Mogadishu.
Reports have confirmed that the attack took place at Ex-control Afgoye a famous junction that links Mogadishu to the South and Southwest Somalia.
Early reports indicate that a van vehicle NOAH with explosive devices and militants inside wanted to pass a security checkpoint but failed have started exchanging gunfire with security forces and later their explosive devices car exploded at a minibus station.
Casualties are not known but the sirens of medical ambulances are echoing across the city streets.
Security forces have immediately arrived at the area of the attack and halt the movement of vehicles to conducting investigations.
No group has still claimed the attack.
