Car bomb explosion hits restaurant opposite Internal Security HQs

A vehicle laden with explosives has gone off outside a restaurant opposite the Internal Security headquarters in Mogadishu with initial reports indicating possible casualties.

Besides the security headquarters, the area in Shangani district, Mogadishu also hosts the Sports ministry and that of Posts and Telecommunications.
