Dhusamereb Delegation Heads to Abudwak
A heavy delegation headed by Somali ambassador to Ethiopia and former deputy prime minister Ahmed Abdisalan together with a cabinet minister and elders from Dhusamareb town are heading to Abudwak.
Abudwak which lies Somalia’s border with Ethiopia is the home of one of the many clans in the central regions and might have different opinion about the Central state formation conference.
The delegation is said to be seeking a common understanding with the leadership of the district before the conference could start in Adado town.
The two groups has previously teamed up to organize the recently concluded reconciliation conference in Dhusamareb and were pushing that the state formation conference to be held in the same city.
President Hassan Sheikh Mohamoud has managed to convince the Dhusamareb tribal leadership to go to Adado for the conference which its date is yet to be announced.
