Ex-Spy Officer Sentenced to Death for Murder of Civilian in Mogadishu

GOOBJOOG NEWS|MOGADISHU: A military court in Mogadishu has sentenced to death a former officer attached to the National Intelligence and Security Agency (NISA).
Badri Abdirahman Kaahin, was sentenced to death Tuesday morning after the Military Court of First Instance found him guilty of killing Abdullahi Yusuf Ahmed along Hosh Road in Mogaishu’s Dharkenley District on November 21, 2023.
Military Judge Major Mohamed Abdi Mu’min said the court established beyond reasonable doubt that constable Kaahin was responsible for the murder of the deceased.
