Final Reconciliation Event Between Galmudug State and Ahlu Sunnah Kicks Off in Dhusamareeb

Final reconciliation process between Galmudug State and Ahlu Sunnah wal Jama’ah started few minutes ago in Dhusamareeb, Galgadud region.

The inauguration event is attended by president Mohamed Abdullahi Farmaajo, UN special representative Michael Keating, federal member states presidents of Galmudug, Puntland, Southwest and Hirshabelle with the exception of Jubbaland, federal ministers and MPs among other distinguished guests.

Also present at the venue is the head of Ahlu Sunnah Sheikh Ahmed Shakir who is the designated Chief Minister of Galmudug State.
