Fire Guts Down Properties In Mogadishu

Fire outbreak has caused destruction of immense of properties worth of millions of US dollars.

The fire was reported to have erupted at Hotel Big-Gate in Hamarweyne district but its cause was not clearly fixed.

Clouds of smoke are seen coming from the hotel where the fire outbreak started.

Hamarweyne district commissioner, Abdikadir Mohamed Abdikadir speaking Goobjoog News said that the blazed place was so close to the residential houses, stalls and stores but fortunately the spread of the fire was restricted.

No one was injured during the blaze, the local people in the area and fire fighters from Benadir local government managed to put out the blaze.
