Fisheries minister signs new law regulating foreign ships
GOOBJOOG NEWS | MOGADISHU: Fisheries and Blue Economy minister Ahmed Hassan Adan today signed a new law that will govern licensing, supervision, and protection of Somali ships operating outside the country’s territory.
