Five Members of Parliament elected in Garowe

Goobjoog News/Garowe: Five seats in the Lower House of the Federal Parliament of Somalia have been elected today in the capital of Garowe.

Abdi Ibrahim Warsame clinched the Hop #196 seat in the just concluded Lower House elections after receiving 90 votes, while Abshir Abdi Hussein received 6 votes and lost 2 votes.

The second seat, HOP249 was taken by a close Deni associate, Puntland State Minister of Education Abdullahi Hassan Roble, who received 93 votes.

Abdullahi Bidhan Warsame won the Hop # 235 seat, while Ali Yusuf Ali clinched the Hop # 200 seat.

Ahmed Abdi Hashi Ahmed Tajir won the Hop # 166 seat.
