Former MP Muhidin Afrah targeted in IED attack in Mogadishu

A car belonging to a former lawmaker has hit a landmine in Shibis district in Mogadishu with initial reports indicating deaths and injuries.

It was not immediately clear if the former lawmaker identified as   Muhudin Hassan Afrah was among the casualties.
