Four killed in revenge raids in Hiraan region

Gunmen were reported have killed four civilians in rural villages in Somalia’s central region, Hiraan.
Ali Ghele, an elder told Goobjoog News that the fourv were killed in separate villages in the region.
Ghele said gunmen driving a technical vehicle raided godad village where they killed two civilian before escaping from escene.
“Innocent civilians get killed day and night, now these murderers are from Puntland state because they were driving Puntland military vehicle,” said Ghele.
Ghele said in separate attack clan militias killed two people Saho village been killed and the assailants fled.
Residents say, the people might have been targeted in revenge for bloody animosity between two fraternal clans in the region.
All those killed were unarmed locals, and the attackers fled the scene of crime shortly after the deadly raid.
Arguments over land use, boreholes and pasture has perennially contributed to fighting among Somali clans who are largely pastoralists and this have many times affected the traders, traditional elders, and other famous people who are hunted for revenge.
