Four killed in motor shell attack in Mogadishu

At least four civilians killed and several others were injured in a mortar shell attack on Friday in Somalia’s capital city, Mogadishu.

Wadajir district commissioner, Ahmed Abdulle Afrah said the motor shells killed and wounded several other.

“Those who  have sustained wounds were taken to  Madina Hosptial where they are receiving medical help from the hospital doctors,” said Afrah.

No group has claimed responsibility for the attack, though Somali Al-Shabab fighters have carried similar attacks before in the city.
