Galgaduud administration due to reconstruct Army barracks

Galgadud governor Hussein Wehliye Irfo said that they will reconstruct all barracks in galgaduud region such as the 21st garrison in that region.
Mr. Irfo noted that it is necessary get peace and stability in the region therefore to fulfil that, the government has to rehabilitate the armed militias in the region as to beef up the security.

“It is obligatory upon every Somali citizen to take part in peace stabilization in the region, these militias are not from another country so we rehabilitate them so that they become good citizens” Irfo said.
Speaking about the people recently displaced by Guri-El war, he said that there is no humanitarian aid so for reached these IDPs when some of them started to return Guri-El town due to hunger and other life threatening situations.
The governor called upon NGOs, well-wishers to respond the situation quickly and help these people.
