General Galaal: Somali leaders lack the quality of leadership and they don’t want to listen others
General Mohamed Noor Galaal who reached Dhusa-Mareeb town yesterday, has blamed Somali government for lack of competitiveness and poor management.
He said that the factor that influenced the current problems is Somali leaders who turn deaf ears to the advice and collaborations from the elders.
There are problems in Mogadishu, the government can proceed ahead due to lack of dynamic competent leaders, in additional to that the leadership neglected the cooperation and advice of veteran leaders who served the nation before them.
He also criticized the federalism which he said to have changed the nationalism into clan based states.
He said that federalism will not have any positive impact on Somali people but divides them apart which may lead civil war war once again.
