Gunmen kill politician in Mogadishu’s Wadajir district 

GOOBJOOG NEWS|MOGADISHU: A politician who contested but lost in last year’s parliamentary elections has been shot dead in Mogadishu.

Armed men killed Mohamed Hussein Sebriye alias Guleyste in Mogadishu’s Wadajir District on Tuesday morning

Guleyste was one of the candidates who contested HOP 33, which MP Yusuf Kabale won.

 Witnesses who spoke to local media said men armed with pistols shot dead the politician before fleeing the scene of the murder. 

No arrests have since been made.
