Hiran governor lay foundation stone of new developmental projects

The governor of Hiran region Abdifatah Hassan Afrah has on Tuesday laid foundation stone of new developmental projects meant to reconstruct government institution public properties that are to start in the region.

The center of Hiran administration, hospitals and schools will be reconstruct during the start of developmental projects implemented by the government of Norway.

The government called the locals in the region to take advantage of the projects and actively take in the reconstruction of the region.

The public properties got devastated due to the over two decades civil strife in the country since 1991 when the Central government led by late Siad Barre was overthrown.
