IGAD support Somalia to fight against COVID19
Somalia has received USD 100,000 as a financial contribution from IGAD to fight against CoronaVirus infection on Monday.
Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Ambassador Mohamed Ali-Nur Haji, received the check from Jemal Ahmed, a senior liaison officer for the Inter-Governmental Authority on Development Office in Mogadishu.
IGAD has collected over $ 700,000 in financial contributions from 430 employees across its offices in different countries, IGAD participates in efforts to provide safety and protection against the virus and show support to all IGAD members.
