IJA sends caveat to owners of vehicles without licensed plates

The Interim Jubba Administration has sent warning signals to drivers and owners of the vehicles that are operating in towns of that regional government.
The minister for post and transport of IJA Ibrahim Baajuun addressing the media has today said that they are aware of drivers of the vehicles functioning in Kismayo towns without licenses and legal number plates.
He added that they would soon take legal action against drivers and owners of the vehicles without number plates and called to abide by the law before they fall victim.
“Any motorcar found without legal number plate will be incarcerated” Bajuun said.
This comes at a time when number of vehicles without licensed plates is increasing enormously.
