Information Minister bids farewell to UNDP boss

GOOBJOOG NEWS | MOGADISHU, Federal Government of Somalia Information, Culture, and Tourism Minister Mr. Daud Aweis Jama today held a farewell meeting with the Head of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) Mr. Joycelyn Mason in Mogadishu.

During the meeting, the UNDP Minister thanked the UNDP representative for his support for Somalia during his tenure in office.

He further elaborated on the support Somalia needs from the UNDP as the Federal Government focuses on Stabilizing areas liberated from the AlShabaab.

On his part, Mr. Mason expressed he was pleased with the cooperation between the various organizations in Somalia in development projects during his term in office and added that the UNDP will continue supporting Somalia.
