Interior Minister: “Central State Formation Will Kick off on Wednesday”

Interior minister Abdirahman Mohamed Hussein on Saturday announced that the opening of Central State formation conference was postponed.
He has announced the postponement of the conference today during a press conference in Adado town.
The Somali central state conference was due to open on April 11 th, but the minister said the opening of conference will take place on Wednesday (April 15th 2015).
The Minister is expected to hold talks with traditional elders and people of Adado town as to pave the way for upcoming central state formation conference which is expected kick off on Wednesday.
This comes hours after Members of the technical committee for the formation of central Somalia regional state arrived in Adado .
