Jowhar Receives Medical Supplies from Somali Diaspora community in Finland
Jowhar hospital has received consignment of medical supplies and equipment, aimed at improving access to health services for the most vulnerable members of the community.
The equipment includes beds, mattresses, Gold-Plated Stethoscopes, kits, thermometers as well as equipment for doctors’ offices.
This is part of the broader effort undertaken by Somali Diaspora community in Finland, aimed at improving the lives of the Somali people, according to the spokesman Middle Shabelle administration, Dauud haji Iro
Receiving the donation on behalf of the Jowhar hospital, Iro lauded Somali Diaspora community in Finland for the support, saying it will help the hospital to serve patients effectively.
“This donation will help Jowhar hospital to serve many residents. We are grateful to helping Hand” he said.
