Juba administration forces and Al-shabab clashed in the outskirt of Kismayo

Fighting between the forces of interim Juba administration backed by AMISOM troops and Al-shabab embarked in the outskirts of Kismayo.

The fighting started after interim Juba administration forces and AMISOM troops launched attack on areas under the control of Al-shabab in the region.

The fighting between the sides has caused casualties though the exact number of fatalities is not clearly known.

Senior officials of Juba administration told Goobjoog FM that the forces will advance to othe remaining areas under the control of Al-shabab in the region.
