NAIROBI: Police in Kenya are seeking public help in identifying a man suspected to have been involved in an explosion that injured a newspaper vendor and a handcart pusher at Latema Road, Nairobi last month.
On Tuesday, Anti-Terror police released CCTV footage of the suspect and appealed to members of the public to help identify him.
The explosion occurred when the suspect gave a package to a handcart pusher to ferry which later exploded as the owner disappeared into the crowds.
The Director of Criminal Investigations (DCI) in a statement urged “anyone with crucial information to report to their headquarters on Kiambu Road or call 0729-999-988 or Email at [email protected].”
The DCI further urged Kenyans to remain alert and be conscious of their surroundings.
Last month, Al-Shabaab Militants carried out an attack at the 14 Riverside Drive Complex in Nairobi, which killed 21 people.
