A local government officer Kills two Civilians in Mogadishu

A local government officer has killed two civilians in a local market in Wadajir district in Mogadishu on Monday, eyewitnesses said.

The officer who is identified as Saed Gurey murdered two traders in Suqawyn market following dispute over tax payments.

Somali security forces have arrived at the scene but the soldier who killed the civilians, has escaped from the shooting spot.

However, local authority and Somali Officials in the district did not comment on the murder so far.
