Maritime delimitation in the Indian ocean Somalia and Kenya

The international court of justice has decided to postpone 4th November 2019 the oral proceeding in the case concerning maritime delimitation in the Indian ocean Somalia and Kenya which has been due to take place between Monday 9 and Friday 13 September 2019.
The court adopted this decision further to the request made by the Republic of Kenya on three September 2019 and taking to account the views expressed by the Federal Republic of Somalia on that request.

On the other hand, we asked prosecutor Ahmed kheyre, If Kenya misses the court hearing, Somalia will ask the court to rule on the case. The judgment will not be the default judgment as it happens in the courts of the world, but the court will consider the previous articles in that country.
Even some country without their participation, they can file papers in court. This is what China has done in the case of the South China Sea where they have been sending out permanent papers.
