Mayor of Beledweyn call the resident to pay the tax

Beledweyn administration has called on residents to pay taxes to their public needs sevices.

Mayor of Beledweyn Ali Abdi Sandheere said the community of Beledweyn town must pay taxes to meet the needs of public services.

“the business areas and the streets in the town are very unhygienic, so we ask the business people to pay taxes, and the administration will take the responsibility to control the waste environment of the town.”

“We will carry out special establishment and removal of the drainage and waste poured into the river for better systems.” said the mayor.

Apart from the tax burden on the transport sector in Hiran and other parts of the region, there is no direct tax on remittances.
