Minister of Finance meets Chinese Ambassador to Somalia

The Finance minister of the Federal Republic of Somalia Abdirahman Ducale Beyle has today met Chinese Ambassador to Somalia, H.E. Qin Jian here in Mogadishu.

Mr Abdirahman Duale Beyle, Finance Minister said that China is important to support and a historic friend of friendship with Somalia.

The Chinese Ambassador promised that he was ready to work how these two nations would have effective cooperation.

Somalia and China share a long historic friendship based on mutual cooperation that started on December 14, 1960.

The Chinese embassy is one of 17 foreign representations in Somalia.
