MP Mohamed Ibrahim Habsade Dies in Mogadishu

Member of Somali Federal Parliament and  former  minister Mohamed Ibrahim Habsade has died last night in Mogadishu after long illness.

MP Yakob Mohamed Ali confirmed the death of Habsade to Goobjoog , saying he had long suffered from nerves.

Mohamed was a former warlord in Baidao, later becoming the minister of Air and Land Transport in the PM Ali Mohamed Gedi cabinet from August 21, 2006.

He also later served in the Omar Abdirashid cabinet from 21^st February 2009.
