One dead, five injured after truck mows into restaurant in Hargeisa

GOOBJOOG NEWS|HARGEISA: one person has been confirmed dead and five others injured in a car accident that took place Saturday night in the city of Hargeisa, Somaliland.

Witnesses said that the accident occurred after a  driver of a truck lost control and mowed into a restaurant in the Sinai district of Hargeisa, causing death and injuries to people inside the restaurant.

Somaliland police officers who arrived at the scene of the accident rushed the injured to hospital and took the driver of the ill-fated truck for questioning.
