One dead in IED blast on the outskirt of Mogadishu

Reports from KM 13 the outer skirt of Mogadishu on the way to Afgoye town are indicating that a landmine explosion was targeted on a government vehicle.

A SURF vehicle on its kind was reported to have been targeted with the explosion and only one person was reported to have died on the spot and several others injured were immediately taken to hospitals

Witnesses told us that the IED blast was targeted on government soldiers but still not confirmed about their exact identifications.
