Police in Mogadishu Arrest Three Suspects Over Goats Theft in City Suburbs

GOOBJOOG NEWS|MOGADISHU: Police in Mogadishu have presented three men who were arrested on allegation of running a scheme of animal theft in city neighbourhoods.

According to a statement from the police, the three were arrested following a public outcry in Wadajir district. The suspected are reported to have stolen goats which they then load in their vehicles.

Police nabbed the three after CCTV videos which have since circulated online captured them stealing goats.

Police said the three were part of a network of criminals who have been involved in robberies and theft in various parts of Mogadishu.
