Prime Minister Barre states government’s commitment to improve education

GOOBJOOG NEWS MOGADISHU: The Federal Government of Somalia Prime Minister Hamse Abdi Barre has reiterated the government’s commitment to improve the education sector and improve working conditions for teachers.

Speaking during a graduation ceremony for teachers who will be deployed to work in various parts of the country, the Prime Minister said the government will also ensure that the number of children accessing education in the country is increased.

Education, Heritage and Higher Education Minister Farah Abdul Qadir also said the ministry will train more teachers to ensure all schools has the requisite number and ensure leaners access adequate education.
