Puntland Parliament commences its 35th session

Puntland’s regional Parliament has on Monday commenced its 35th session in the capital administrative of semi-autonomous regional state of Puntland, Garowe.
President Abdiweli Mohamed Ali Gaas has officially opened 35th session of Puntland Parliament giving his constitutional address to the parliamentarians after the annual break.

President Abdiweli is expected to address speech in the session on his government’s achievements towards developing the state and things that emerged after the break.

The session approaches amid major cabinet reshuffle has being anticipated to be announced by President Abdiliweli Mohamed Ali Gaas.
On 8th this month Puntland president Abdiweli Mohamed Ali Gaas has replaced his chief of staff, the move was seen as an introduction of imminent cabinet reshuffle in which Puntland president wants to appease political groups.
