SNA kills several Al-shabaab militants Ruunnirgood district 

GOOBJOOG NEWS | LOWER SHABELLE: Several Al-Shabaab militants have been killed in a joint operation by the Somali National Army (SNA) with its international partners in Sigato area under Ruunnirgood district in the Middle Shabelle region.

The operation carried out Tuesday afternoon wiped out the militant’s base and destroyed an assortment of military equipment and vehicle, inflicting a major loss to the terrorist group.

The operation comes amidst renewed efforts by the Somali National Army to eliminate the terror group and liberate all areas still controlled by the militants.
